DEF PC Services was established in 2002 by entrepreneur David Fox, at the age of 18.  Fresh out of high school and working in management at a DC based grocery store chain, David started DEF PC Services to service the needs of family friends who were business owners and residents in need of technology support.  The business quickly grew to the point that David had to step down from his position in retail management to better service his own clients.  Working with mainly real estate brokerages and agents, then expanding to many other Maryland, DC and Virginia based small businesses and residents, David Fox and DEF PC Services quickly became a trusted service provider for many.  Through countless referrals from our clients, our company has grown to provide much more than computer repair services.   Everyday we save our clients time and money, as we have their needs and satisfaction in the heart of our business.

Our Clientele:

We support a large group of businesses throughout the Baltimore/Washington Region.  Our main focus is on real estate brokerages and agents (who are independent contractors).  We invest most of our time learning about the real estate industries technology products that are available and supporting these brokers and agents.  However, we also support other numerous local small and medium size businesses that consist of HVAC, Builders, General Contractors, Local Governments, Law Firms and others.  We are also a third party tech support company to SIEMENS Technologies.  In Partnership with PC SOS, a national dispatcher for Siemens, we provide our computer services to major corporations such as METLIFE, UNITED HEALTH, ZURICH, NIKE, and MCDONALDS CORPORATE OFFICES, on a regular basis.  In fact, we are the main (and most places the sole) provider of on-site support to these corporate clients in the Baltimore/Washington Metro area.  McDonalds Corporation actually personally requests when they open a ticket with Siemens, that we are the ONLY technicians to come and provide service.  That shows our commitment of extreme personal & professional service.    We take the same care we provide to our high profile corporate clients to our independent contractor clients.
