In 2002, David Fox started DEF PC Services. Servicing just one new real estate office in Gambrills, MD, The business quickly grew, working with over 20 agents, and referrals from our agents. Over the next few years, David was working with over 100 local real estate professionals, Heating & Air, Electric, construction, mortgage, and title companies. In 2005, DEF PC slowly stopped servicing any business that was outside of the real estate industry (except for current clientele) and started focusing the business on servicing only real estate, mortgage & title companies. In 2006 DEF PC created a division called The Real Estate Tech Desk to better reflect the clientele they serviced. By Mid 2007, The Real Estate Tech Desk was working with over 350 agents throughout Maryland, DC, Virginia, North Carolina & South Carolina. By focusing our services only towards "The Real Estate Industry" gives our clients a major edge over their competition! Why? Because when our clients use us, they are not only getting professional down to earth individuals who can work on their computer, solve network problems, and create flyers, websites & such; they are using the services of a company who focuses 24/7 on every aspect of real estate. We constantly study the latest movements & news in real estate, we attend NAR conventions, and research new & upcoming products that are designed for real estate, so that we can provide our clients with the knowledge and know how to use the latest & greatest products to better their business. We have studied the buying, selling & contract processes of real estate extensively. We feel that if we know every aspect of the business (like we were real estate agents) then we are giving 100% to our clients. We are constantly asked by clients about issues they are facing, and asking for our input. Why? because we try to be involved in our clients business more than as just a contractor! We genuinely care about our clients success.Thank you for your interest in The Real Estate Tech Desk, We hope to speak with you soon!
